2017 Champion for A Cause Silent Auction

Friday night – October 20, 2017 will be aboard the “Spirit of Norfolk” in Norfolk, VA from 7:00-10:00pm. –Boat leaves dock PROMPTLY at 7:30 PM- This is a ticked event

Each contestant entered will choose a charity. Each contestant must bring an auction item! The focus isn’t just the silent auction, but how can you impact a cause with your voice. Promote your cause and yourself!!

Friday night event will be a silent auction. Attendance is mandatory. The public is invited.

Create a 2 foot by 2 foot auction presentation of item, with a minimum value of $100.00. Use social media to promote your basket/item. Use #kpjalltheway and #Champions4aCause. Be sure and wear your sash when promoting on social media.

During the auction each participant will present a one minute and thirty second presentation of their charity.

Promotion of your item should generate bids prior to the event. Use social media!

Dress code is cocktail attire. The cruise includes 3 hour cruise, live music and a delicious buffet.

We will then auction each item off.

KPJ productions will be forwarding the monies to each individual charity. If they are writing a check, we will encourage them to make it payable to the charity. We will also have PayPal for those wanting to pay by credit card.

The winner who raises the most money for her charity will be announced on stage during the announcement of Special Awards at the final pageant!

This is a GREAT way to showcase each of you and the community service you support!!

You may take pre- bids before the auction.

Each contestant will receive 1 ticket at registration. Tickets for family and friends will be $67.50 each (A $95.00 Value). They may be purchased through our website . The tickets include a 3 hour cruise, Auction, live music and a delicious buffet!
